5K Finishers!
Mum and I entered a 5K last weekend and we got third place in our age group. I mean- I guess in her age group. I was pleased with our performance. She was having a little problem with her piriformis muscle so from the jogging stroller I talked her through mile 2. I tried to say "Long strides! Use your arms!" but all that came out was, "Boddle!" and "Dusty!"

Congratulations, you two! I hope that it was an enjoyable experience...
Personally, I find 5ks painful enough without pushing a baby jogger to boot! Great work!
Next time, though, Elsa, I hope that you learn to help out by putting your foot down on the wheels while mom is pushing you. I'm told it does wonders for momentum.
