44 Pulls
It took Dad 44 pulls this year to get the mower going for the first time. Last year it took 39. Mum and I watched him from the window. He told me it's a good thing he was a quarterback because he really needed a strong arm to get it going.
I was like Dad why don't you prime it a little bit and clean the filter? Hello?!

I am surprised that the Khakis and Tie didn't help. I would think that the mower would either bend toward authority or sputter into action from laughter.
