Francis Scott Key

I was helping Uncle Rob study for his citizenship test when he visited. I thought many of the questions were irrelevant, like, "Who wrote the Star Spangled Banner?" I mean, does that really make you a good citizen if you know that it was Francis Scott Key? Shouldn't they be asking more pertinent questions, like, I don't know, about the Bill of Rights?
